Live transcription app by Google is getting two new updates
May 16, 2019
Two new features are coming to Google's live transcription app, which was released for Android back in February. The first feature is called 'sound events' where the app will be able to pick any sounds produced by objects, people or animals like a dog barking or a door closing as an aid for people with impaired hearing. The second feature will allow the user to save a transcript for up to three days; the feature is aimed at people who want to save lectures or want a more accurate transcription with work purposes. The updates will be available next month for Android users.
