Carlos Ghosn seems to be in the eye of the hurricane as new allegations concerning payments to Saudi businessmen rise against him. Tokyo prosecutors made an inquiry regarding Ghosn's misconduct, and the former Nissan Chairman used company money to pay a Saudi businessman to help him out of financial difficulties. According to Nissan sources, the businessman who allegedly helped Ghosn is the chairman of E.A. Al-Juffali and Brothers, one of Saudi Arabia's biggest conglomerates and a member of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority. Also, Tokyo prosecutors arrested Ghosn once again this Friday after he transferred his investment losses to the Japanese automaker.
