Oct 23, 2018
Recently the French autonomous car manufacturer has built a small assembly plant near Detroit as they strive to produce more of its inventive cars for U.S. markets. The company's CEO stated that they would produce only one unit, a shuttle bus will be part of their pilot program and they plan to build this vehicle on the new assembly plant. The current production costs of the vehicle are $320,000 and are sold to transit systems. Since the price of Navya's vehicles is quite high, they will be focusing on positioning its product as a new mobility system. The company plans to expand to other parts of the world and have a revenue of $10.3 million this year.
