Intel wants to use drones to supervise old bridges

Intel recently reached an agreement to use part of its arsenal of Falcon 8+ drones to handle supervision of old and probably unsafe bridges, the purpose of the use of drones for inspections is to spot potential issues concerning the status of old bridges before they become a dangerous issue. According to Intel, there are more than 6,000 bridges in the United States that need inspections and 10 percent of them are potentially dangerous. Through the use of autonomous technology, the company is focusing on providing help in an efficient and fast way.
