After lengthy two-year negotiations, Fiat Chrysler reached an agreement with Japanese CK Holdings over its acquisition. The companies reached a deal with $7.1 Billion on the table. The company will be renamed Magneti Marelli CK Holdings and will operate through Europe, Japan, America, and Asia. However, Fiat Chrysler and Magneti Marelli will still be working together as well after signing a previous agreement with collateral benefits for each company's future. The new deal between the companies will make Magneti Marelli CK Holdings one of the largest global car suppliers.
