Dec 14, 2018
Delta's coach class is becoming less relevant to the flying company; nowadays its business and first class are making more significant revenue. Over the past six years, Delta's economy class has lost 63 percent of revenue. However, its coach class still makes a large sum of the company's income, while surprisingly, its business and first class doubled their revenue by 32 percent. According to Delta executives, the company has been investing in their premium flights and improving the quality of their service like adding curtains to cabins on their international flights.
