During the trial of Special Operations Chief Edward Gallagher, a fellow soldier confessed to being involved in the death of an IS teenager. Gallagher was accused of committing war crimes after a soldier claimed that Gallagher had shot random Iraqi civilians and killed an injured captives. When it was time for Gallagher to stand trial, Special Operator 1st class Corey Scott said that after Gallagher stabbed the teenager, he unplugged the teen's air tube as an act of mercy. However, Scott later admitted that he thought Gallagher wasn't responsible for the teen's demise. Scott won't be accused of committing war crimes because his testimony was given in exchange for immunity.
