5G connection hits the farming industry

While the US is still working on spreading 5G connection around the country, farmers are using it for their cows. Three rural areas in England will be the first to use the technology from Cisco by making 5G collars and ear tags to locate and track biometric data on their herd. The company says that with this new technology, farmer don't have to observe their herd up close since the animals are often spread throughout the land. The process of milking the cows is made easier by letting them know with a trigger to go to the station, go through an ID check and begin the process. It is now possible to oversee any changes in the cattle.
