The FDA is looking to pull e-cigarettes off the shelves

In a new policy submitted by the FDA, some flavored e-cigarettes would be banned after the increase in teenagers vaping or smoking in recent years. The association wants to limit the consumption of nicotine in minors, and one way to do this is to make the merchandise be assessed by the public health review agency. Recently, the products have been sold online without verifying the customer's age and without limiting the quantity. Some officials have said that teenage use of e-cigarettes has increased so much that they might need more restrictive laws than with cigarettes.
